Intro to TRE workshop

Learn something new ! TRE is a great tool to use to help you to regulate your nervous system, to help you to ground yourself and to help you to release stuck tension and trauma from your body. It also helps with managing grief and helps you to sleep better. It's a simple method to help you to remain calm and resilient no matter what life throws at you. TRE also helps you to manage stress and can be helpful for neurodiversity. This workshop is suitable for anyone who would like to try TRE for the first time, as well as for people who are already shaking. It will be a small group to promote safety. Max 9 spaces - You will learn the basics of TRE and how stress, tension and trauma are processed in the body. - You will learn simple grounding techniques and how to start and stop the tremors, as well as the TRE exercises to help bring on the tremors.. - you will leave with a toolkit that can be used to manage stress for the rest of your life . This is an investment in yourself. try TRE! Numbers are limited so booking is essential to avoid disappointment.
